Welcome to Elkridge Oriental Rug Cleaning

You will receive professional rug cleaning service & professional carpet cleaning service by trained rug cleaners. Our staff has been trained by Master Rug Cleaner program.  In addition to the formal training, we have the experience acquired through being involved in the rug business for years.  

You will be updated about our progress right after we pick up your rug and bring it to our shop.   We will let you know which steps of cleaning have been completed and which steps are under work.  We will also notify you of any arising problems during each step and obtain your authorization for needed services. 

 If your rug is in need of extra service, we will send you a pre-wash report along with pictures and recommend/offer available services to fix the issue and prevent further damage to your rug.   We offer many repair services,  such as dye stripping, or repairs, such as stretching, blocking, fringe work, binding & etc. 

If you are not sure about the type and issues related to your rug, send us some pictures and details of the rug, we will give you and estimate of the cost for both cleaning and repair. 

You may email or text us the pictures for a contactless estimate. 

If you are unable to drop off your large rugs in our shop, let us know.  To make it more convenient for you, we offer pick up and delivery.   We mostly do curbside pick up and drop off, however, we will gladly help with moving furniture and laying your rug, if you need help.   

We love to establish a lifetime relationship with our clients by offering free rug care tips.  We will keep your rug details per your request to be ab le to give you tips and advice for best care that your rug deserves to make it last longer.
